My goal is for you to feel comfortable with the process of therapy, and to feel acknowledged and understood. My treatment approach is tailored to each client's needs and includes techniques and strategies from various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness therapy, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy. I am happy to meet with you to help identify issues, problem solve, develop strengths, and provide support.
